Piccadilly Labour 'demand' the Council not sell land at controversial Shudehill location

Labour's Piccadilly Ward Councillors have taken to Twitter to demand that a plot of land on Shudehill not be sold be sold after controversial plans have been approved.

They have called the proposed building a 'shard of glass in the heart of the Northern Quarter'.

The Northern Quarter Post has written about the plot several times in the past year as planning applications have gone back and forth.
